Cookout, did you say? We’re all about that!
stepping away from technology to get outside and reconnect to what really matters.
Every once in a while we like to step away from our screens & kick back at the office. (Not for too long, we know you’re eagerly awaiting your stove!) But we think it’s important to practice what we preach 😉 and that means stepping away from technology to get outside and reconnect to what really matters.
So we recently got the office together cookout and pan fried some burgers up for National Burger Day! It was a super sunny day out so we grabbed our table and pulled out some Solo Stove Campfires and Flex Strap Plates & Bowls that we keep on hand at the office. We also used some really nice Lodge Cast Irons that they generously sent over to us. There’s nothing like the taste of a burger made on an open fire with a cast iron. Talk about perfection.
Good company, good food, and a good time ensued.
We made sure to film exactly what we did to make this a super easy dinner to whip up whether at home or at camp. Check it out below!
- Slice up onion & tomato
- Form patties & season with salt and pepper
- Cook to preferred doneness and melt cheese⠀
- Sautee Onions & Mushrooms in ~2 tbsp of butter⠀
- Toast buns on the hot skillet⠀
- Layer them up, add in your favorite toppings & enjoy!
We want to know what you like to do to put down the phone & get outside. Let us know in the comments!
