Beginning November 2nd, we’re excited to launch an updated version of our rewards program.
Your points aren’t going away, and you’ll still be able to use them in the new program. However, the program will be restructured to offer different incentives, and we wanted to give you some time to evaluate how you use your points.
All referral codes will transition from the current 10% off coupon to the “Give $15 Get $15” offer described below. The new referral coupon will be the only coupon available for use after 11/2/2020. The current $10 and $5 promotions available on the site when you sign up for email will also no longer be available, making it easier to give your friends a true benefit for the referral. You’ll also receive $3 more for the referral in store credit, with no cap on the amount of referral credit you can build up or redeem!
The new features of the program are below. You have until 11/2/2020 to either redeem or keep your existing points and to contact any friends that already have your current referral code. If you redeem your points for coupons, you will need to use them before 11/2/2020. If you do not redeem your points for coupons, they will roll over into the new program.

Celebrate with us and get points just for being born. Before, you only earned 200 reward points on your birthday. Now, you can earn up to 3,000 points depending on which tier you’ve unlocked.

You’ll receive exclusive Firestarters offers via email. Join the Firestarters Group on Facebook and get an extra 500 reward points, plus you’ll be the first to know about additional exclusive offers!
Referral Rewards
Before, you got 400 reward points when you referred a friend. Now, you’ll get the equivalent of 1500 reward points ($15 in-store credit) every time you refer a friend on their first Solo Stove purchase. There is no cap on the amount of referral credit you can build up or redeem!

You’ll know exactly how much store credit you can redeem with your accumulated points. Instead of building up coupons that you can only redeem one at a time, you’ll be able to use as many points as you want on each transaction.
